Both, as long as it is a business. We do not file personal returns that are not connected to your company.
How does the fixed-fee pricing actually work? +
$5,988 per year covers a standard small business: bookkeeping, all filings, year-end statements, and a year of tax calls. The fee goes up only if your books are larger. You see the final number before you sign.
Are you really available outside business hours? +
Yes. We answer seven days a week through the TaxDome portal and reply to most messages the same day.
What if my books are a mess right now? +
Most new clients come in with a backlog. We catch up your books as part of onboarding and quote the catch-up separately from the yearly fee.
